Dear viewer,

Thank you for your interest in CWI. My name is Dennis Rowe. I am the Project Manager at CWI Kitchen & Baths. It is my responsibility to oversee and schedule your kitchen or bath renovation. Here at CWI, we take pride in meeting the needs of our clients.

To insure that every job runs smoothly, there are many tasks that must be met, for example:

1. Checking your order before a cabinet order is placed.
2. Checking your cabinets after delivery to CWI warehouse for any defects or missing parts.
3. Follow-up of back-ordered or damaged parts.
4. Schedule kitchen and or bath for delivery and installation
5. If contractor and sub-contractor are involved making a schedule for all involved. Each person involved including client will receive a written schedule.
6. Scheduling a time for client to pick out granite slabs.
7. Making sure that appliances and fixtures are at job site regardless if we are supplying them or not.
8. Our own field supervisor, Bob Munroe, will conduct field measurements prior to ordering of cabinets. He will also check job site before install and assist installer when needed. He will also conduct a walk-thru with customer when installer completes job.
9. Scheduling of all templates and installation of countertops.
10. Periodically calling customer to verify job is going to their expectations.
